Losing Weight/Air Force?

Recommended Posts

Pobody's Nerfect

Hey, So, I'm wondering if anyone can give me any tips on how to lose weight.

And how much do you think I can lose in 2 months!

I have been on and off with diets. It's SOOOO hard!

I used to walk everyday but got really bored of it.

I'm 21 and I weight 160.

Any advice, tips? I really wanna get down to 130.

What have you been doing?

Why haven't what you done worked?

How long did you actually stay on a diet?

How is your diet?

Do you workout?

What is your height, male - female?

What is the weight requirement for you to join?

From other posts I'm guessing the OP is female.

OP, if you struggle to commit to an active lifestyle, what makes you think the Armed Forces are for you?

Commit to a work out routine and be concious of what you're eating. Use a free calorie/nutrition calculator and remember that even though a calorie is a calorie, eating 100 calories of fruits and veggies is better than choosing a 100 calorie candy bar.

2 lbs a week is healthy and maintainable. It's realistic to say about 16lbs in 2 months.

P.s. The Air Force has the least strenuous PT program of the branches.
