I have been on and off with diets. It's SOOOO hard! I used to walk everyday but got really bored of it. I'm 21 and I weight 160. Any advice, tips? I really wanna get down to 130. Use a free calorie/nutrition calculator and remember that even though a calorie is a calorie, eating 100 calories of fruits and veggies is better than choosing a 100 calorie candy bar. 2 lbs a week is healthy and maintainable. It's realistic to say about 16lbs in 2 months. P.s. The Air Force has the least strenuous PT program of the branches. Link to post Share on other sites
