crush on boss,lots of flirting,but hot and cold and its driving me crazy.what do i do

I am crazy about my much older boss. I have been for over 2 years.

 

We didnt always get on.We had our fair share of arguments and being angry at each other. He was even going to fire me.

 

Then one day,out of nowhere he decided to talk to me. He asked me what i wanted to do with my life,told me he would miss me when i went on holidays,asked me what my hobbies are..etc.

 

This made me admit and realize myself that i was attracted to him.

I tried to fight it at the start,i avoided him and i thought it was obvious because i did that.

 

 

There has been a lot of eye contact,joking,smiling,he gets me to work on my days off all of the time.I was upset at work he found out from someone and asked me if i was ok or if it was something personal or if someone had upset me.

 

He has been nervous around me before. Extremely nervous and i dont know why.Talking really fast and laughing nervously the whole time he spoke,shifting his feet and just seemed real nervous.

 

He watches when i talk to other men.Told me he likes my earrings,said they were "beautiful".Told me my middle name is "beautiful" and that lots of girls in his culture have that name. He even uses his accent when he says it.

 

Told me my smile is gorgeous when he first started.

 

Ive seen him checking out my ass.

 

Well anyway the other day i saw him looking over at me and this other girl while we were working like he wanted one of us to do something.

 

So i asked "whats up is there something you wanted"..i understand this probably came across as abrupt maybe although that wasnt my intention at all.SO he snapped and was very rude about it.

 

I got upset although i would never show him,but i was upset. I was upset he embarrassed me like that in front of the other workers,because i didnt mean to upset him.

 

So all of the next Day i wasnt really in the best mood anyway,and he knew why.

I was talking to another worker and he walks past and says "what are you talking to me?"(just like i had asked is there something you wanted the night before)..i said no and walked off.I thought this was his way of getting back at me or making light of the situation i dont know.

 

i dont get why he acts so mean to me when i dont give him the attention.I am just trying to be professional.

If you want to date him, find another job. Otherwise, he could fire you for any reason.

if you date him you have the right to expect promotion/help in life, if he doesn't do that, find a better boyf and a better job - and to be safe, no sex til you know where you stand, i think he's flirting but he has yet to show you that you matter to him very much, but i say give him the chance

Well I saw a psychic and had a general reading in the last week. i didn't tell her anything except my name and date of birth.she told me there is a possibility of an affair with an authority figure..she said be careful and remember its your choice but if it starts to happen think of the families involved..made me think of my boss..he is married with kids and I feel there is attraction between us. Maybe I was right,there is something there but we are very hot and cold with eachother..he seems hesitant to talk to me sometimes...I don't know what to do.
