Think half of it is actually giving it a go. I asked a girl out recently, who to be honest I would have always thought was way outta my league - she accepted quite happily

 

So many years I spent not having enough guts to ask for someones number, or to go on a date, its just pushing through that, and realising that there is no pressure - some will work some wont, some will reject you, some wont

 

For me just giving it a go is working. Id be the guy sitting down in a club while all his mates danced and hit on women, staring into his pint, wondering why less attractive guys were picking up and I wasnt. Truth is, I wasnt doing anything about it.

 

Just strike up conversations, not to get numbers, just talk and talk and talk to as many women as possible....dont go in trying to get laid straight away, just enjoy their company and have no expectations....

Imo comes down to looks....

Personality comes second...

I beg to diff about muscle...

To much muscle is a turn off..

 

Most women want a lean defined body

Thin midsection....

 

Most women like lower bodyfat

Lower bodyfat makes a mans cheek bones

And jaw line pronounced.. Adding depth to the face

 

What ever size you are strive for bodyfat in the %10 range

Or lower....

 

Ive been bulky build and now im athletic

%9 bf and doing much better in the lady department

 

So dont worry about adding a ton of muscle

keep that midsection small with fitted clothes you

Will look better then someone all bloated up looking

I have been building up muscle and I am taking martial arts and. I plan on becoming more athletic and muscular. I also have been expanding my hobbies and will continue to try out new things. I know that expanding my social circle could help me, but so far, all I get is more guys. Next semester, I plan on devoting more time to meeting girls and making new friends. I also am reading pua material and other books on social interaction. Hopefully, I will be able to get a girl before I finish college. Does anyone have any other suggestions on how I can make myself more attractive?

 

 

Volunteer, devote yourself to morality and acquire a genuine love for humanity. People who are devoted to the good for its own sake are much more attractive than soundrels.

Write up a plan for the process of "continued self improvement".

 

Crappy car? ... What are you doing about it?

Messy apartment with lousy furniture? Straighten it out.

Overweight? Quit the carbs.

No social circle? Build one.

Crappy job? What's the plan to better that?

In debt? How are you digging out of it?

Etc. Etc...

 

You don't need to achieve it all in one day but SHE will expect you to atleast be headed in the right direction. The better you are doing the above, the more confident you will be, the higher the quality of a partner you will attract.

 

Simple stuff. Now go do it.

I'm glad you're trying to improve your personal appearance, but make sure that doesn't harm who you really are...I've seen far too many guys get ripped and end up turning into complete jerks (and having the jerky girlfriend to match). Remain true to yourself, even after you do all these things (and you will, you seem like you're doing an awesome job) :).

Best ways to improve your personality:Read books, watch movies, pick up a hobby you are passionate about and the best of all go travelling by yourself, it will open your mind like you have no idea

I am looking at buing a workout system. I might as well remove some body fat and build muscle to become more physically attractive. I also am nearly done reading the book "how to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie. Hopefully, this will expand my social circle to include more women.

You can do whatever you want to your outside. make yourself ripped, have arms like treetrunks, have the best tan in town, glowing white teeth, the most expensive clothes, the most expensive aftershave... whatever.

 

Wont change a thing , not a single g*d damn thing.. if your inside is corrupted.

i agree with most of what has been said to you.

Confidence is the main thing. Without that, you will get no where.

 

I`ll give you an example. A very good friend of mine has one ear bigger than the other. Really REALLY noticeable.( at least half if not more again), He`s balding, when i see him he looks like he hasn`t shaved in a week!!

He is married. She is a stunner!!:love:

He is the life and sole of the party. He is BURSTING with confidence. He is the nicest guy i know. will do anything for anyone. Put it this way , I`D marry him ( and i`m not gay).

 

Confidence comes from within.

 

But you are going the right way about it, exercising, martial arts, expanding hobbies will ALL help. So what if you are just meeting guys?

Relax . Stop stressing about being someone you aren`t.

Be the man you are. Be yourself!

Also stop reading pua material!!

 

It never works, women can see through that s**t clear as day.(the ones that have had an education at least can)

As much as I can without interfering with schoolwork. I am going to buy the p90x workout video, I will read more books about socializing. with women, and become more social. This week, I met 2 girls in my classes. I will try to set up a date.

It already happened over a year ago. Next thing I know, she is with guys who do not treat her well. Being myself got me nowhere in the past so it would be insane to think that it would work in the future. My confidence is not the issue since I can approach girls who I do not know.
