Hi everyone :)

So...I've been doing weights for 2 weeks now and I LOVE IT!!

I do my weights workout on MWF and I do cardio on Tuesday and on the weekend.

I do pole stuff (when the mood strikes) and that's fun.

I'm just hating my cardio right now. I need new music.

My cardio is usually:

- on a stationary bike or

- rowing machine

but mostly on the bike.

I just can't do it anymore, the 40-60 minutes feel like torture lately, I need new workout music.

When I have new music I'm so psyched to do it, but when I know all I have is crap I've listened to a million times, I just so don't want to do it at all.

Any suggestions?

Thanks :)

If you are on the bike, depending on the bike, you can also read a book, I do that sometimes when I'm doing cardio

I also find live versions get me pumped up even more with all the crowd in the background cheering

I find Kenny G and Michael Bolton really help me pump iron....

I just like setting anything with a random beat into a randomizer.

I just wanted to say I am glad this thread exists because I was running low in ideas too and I just started back to working out in the last month. :)

would probably disagree.

Haha that's the German Giant, Markus Ruhl...Pro-bber. If you that is scary you should see his wife :lmao:

Oh, I agree with everyone about metal. Nothing gets an adrenaline rush like blast beats and power chords :D

The new WinterSun on iPod now

Feelin Frisky

I ripped all my CD's, digitized my vinyl records and bought hundreds of I-tunes. It is amazing that all of this doesn't even fill up a half of a 64 gig thumb drive. I put it on shuffle and it's just great. It's like having a radio station that only plays exactly stuff I love but I don't know what's coming because there's such a lot. Yay technology.
