willemd
Hi There just wondering what you guys/girls think out there, what is the difference between Seeing Eachother/dating and being a couple? If you girlfriend told you that she wasn't ready for a relationship right now, or didn't want to be labelled by boyfriend or girlfriend and never said "I love you", would you assume she was basically saying that she's not being exclusive to you and is just interested right now not necessarily in just sex or anything but just to meet people and date and see whats out there? She's Come Undone
Yes.
Bryanp
I think you assumption is absolutely correct. She is looking to see if the grass is greener. You may call her your girlfriend but she is not. She has made it clear she enjoys being with other people and does not wish to be tied down to you.
That_girl
Well, after reading what you said, I seem to sound alot like the girl you're seeing. I never say "i love you" to him, and I constantly tell him that I don't want a commitment. While it seems like I don't want only him, the real reason I do this is so that I'll never get hurt. When you're in a relationship, you have to worry about cheating, honesty, trust, and it takes alot of responsibility. Right now I'm only 19 so I'll be starting university soon, and I just don't need that added stress. I'm afraid that I might fall so hard that I won't be able to concentrate. I don't want to "love" anyone right now. I barely love myself. It really sucks but alot of people fear commitment just because of everything that comes along with it...not because they aren't into the other person.
