kimberlefowler Posted August 12, 2004 Share Posted August 12, 2004 in may of this year I found out about my H affair. We have stayed together, and I thought I was dealing with it ok. But now it is like it is on my mind all the time,and it is really bugging me. I am afraid to tell H how I feel cause I always end up yelling and calling him names when I do. EC Posted August 12, 2004 Share Posted August 12, 2004 It's definitely normal. Like they say I can forgive but I can never forget. Have you seeked out counseling or a therapist. That might help. That way you can understand what it is you are feeling, why you are feeling it and how to deal with it. Link to post Share on other sites
