Cosmo
Is it rude to ignore someone you know when you see her on the sidewalk ? Let's say that person was a love interest but she made you feel stupid for chasing her while she was dating another guy, actually she played with your desire for her... kept you on the hook. Now it's been 1.5 year, is it ok to still have a grudge against her ? or is it a lack of social skills ? childish ?
TaraMaiden
It becomes childish when you can't clearly remember exactly what happened, or you don't acknowledge your part in it, or you're not six any more, you're nine now. You have to reach a stage of 'Benign indifference'. That is, you don't wish them harm, you hope they get on well in life but as for anything else, "Meh'....yeah....and? So what?" Really, you need to take a good long hard look at "yourself" in the mirror, and tell yourself - "Keep holding a grudge, and the only one really looking a jerk - is you." Read my signature.....
