Clockwork
We have a wonderful sex life my wife and I. She is 28 I am 32. I still don't understand it when people say getting married (5 years) or having a kid (20 months) significantly reduces your sex life. It hasn't for us at all. We always find time to have lots of sex, multiple times a week, usually 4 times. I have always gotten off to pictures of my wife. Even ones where she is fully clothed. Then I started taking a bunch of nude pictures of her and it was even better. She isn't a huge fan of it, but she'll still do it. Then she got pregnant and while that was the best sex I think I have had I still had another idea. I used our camera to videotape sex. She didn't know at the time I was doing this. It showed her reactions and positions and such. It showed her riding me or her on her knees or back. This continued long after our son was born. I videotaped her at other times too. For example I'd set up the camera in our room right by our bed where she would change getting out of the shower. I loved it. There was something so naughty about doing this that turned me on. It was almost like I was spying on someone I shouldn't have been spying on. Or at least I spun it that way for fun. Then I told her about the tapes. She actually giggled and wanted to watch a few clips. She liked them but didn't want a tape of her having sex to be in our room everytime we had sex. So she got wise to it and noticed a camera propped up once in a while (I didn't do it ALL the time of course). She sort of rolled her eyes but we still had sex anyway. Eventually I told her to ignore the camera and pretend it isn't there if you see it. Since then I kind of sneak a video of it here and there. I got a segment on our webcam that she didn't know was on and I've hidden the cameras better. This way she has a natural reaction to things. She still knows I'll do this once in a blue moon but she doesn't care anymore even if she sees it. So in conclusion, I keep finding my wife more sexy and think of her more lustful by the day. This is a huge spark I would advise couples to try. Keep the video to yourself of course but believe me nothing is more of a turn on then turning your wife into a porn star (for your own viewing) in front of your very own eyes. Honestly, this will cut back on guy's watching other types of porn out there and it will make you look at your wife in a much different way. A good way.
standtall
Clockwork..ummm..glad it worked for you, but I think the majority of the female population would be very offended by what you did. IMHO, it was very creepy, and very disrespectful to your wife to do so...almost a deal breaker as in divorce time.
Author Clockwork
Yeah but we're married right? I didn't hide it from her, I told her. We plan on being married for 50 years or so right? You've got to spice things up all the time. We honestly have as much passion now then we ever have. And they aren't posted on the internet either. I mean, that's a deal breaker obviously. Taping yourselves because you enjoy watching it is kinky and you need that. Do you know how many couples I hear from that claim their sex life is boring and non-existant? We were at our friend's wedding in September. I don't know, they claim they have sex once or twice a month. Something is wrong there and if you do things that are kinky that are for both of your eyes only then it charges you up. I surely can't be the only person who enjoys this? BetrayedH
I hear you except on the secret part. Glad you came clean and I think you got lucky on a calculated risk. Not sure I would risk my relationship but you might have inspired me to ask my SO about being my private porn star. She might like it and there are a few positions I can envision wanting to review myself.

Nyla
Most healthy men do not enjoy sex acts which their female partners have to be bullied into. It is clear that your wife does not really enjoy being taped, yet she allows herself to be pressured into this act. You are betraying your wife by taping her when she is not aware of it and ignoring her boundaries. I would divorce my husband if he pulled ***** like this, right after reporting him to the police.
Later82012
You are selfish. I don't see anything positive coming out of this for your poor wife or kids. With the divorce rate like it is now I am sure one day these tapes are going to hit the internet. If you respect your wife and kids delete those tapes asap or one day your kids and their friends are going to watch mom and dad have sex on either those tapes or the internet.
Author Clockwork
Interesting............a lot of hostile responses, except one I guess. Now, she is aware that it happens the odd time now (most of the time we have sex at night with the lights off anyway). I tried it as an experiment and didn't want to hide it from her so I told her. If she was really offended, we would never have done it again. I mean seriously, nobody else videotapes themselves when they have sex? I am surprised this is a foreign thing to some of you. And a divorce? Come on, really?

Now that she knows and consents..sure no problems, but when you did it without her consent, in most areas, that is considered a criminal act..besides disrespectful and creepy.

This. There is no way I would leave my husband over something we both agreed to in bed. What you were doing in the past was cruel and could get you thrown in jail.

Okay fair enough. No, she didn't threaten to call the police, she actually liked it in a subtle way.
