Who talks too much when they had a few too many?

My GF and I have these good friends. A seemly perfect couple we love and care about. I am preparing myself for some secrets to be blabbed out just because of how she forgets herself when drunk. Her infidelity secrets is what I hope she keeps inside. Not with me. Her past with other men and recently with another woman.

 

Anyone know people who let things out when they should not, or talk too much when getting tipsy?

Boy, do I ever! And I like it when he gets a little drunk b/c he becomes vulnerable and shares things with me that he normally wouldn't sober. I've learned a few interesting things about his sexual experiences and found them to be helpful.

 

He has shared feelings about his current status with work and with his legally separated lifestyle; comments I would have never heard otherwise.

 

I don't think I would like it too much if he shared about his past conquests; I know through his tipsiness he hasn't had many though.

 

If it was the opposite and he shared info about past relationship conquests, I would feel uncomfortable but more knowledgeable regardless.

 

And knowledge in a relationship is a powerful thing.
