The girl on the right in the photo isn't bad looking. I'd say I don't know a 5 out of 10.

 

I don't know what my standards should be, because I don't know how good looking (or bad looking) I am. I'd prefer someone decent looking, but I don't know if I have a reason to expect such a person would be attracted to me...

I think we all have different standards so that's definitely not trolling, I personally think she's about a 4 though a better picture may make it a 5.

While I don't find that super attractive, there is still some small level of attraction well at least for me, so I wouldn't write someone off completely just for that as long as her personality is good, and she's interested in me.

 

Now this is an example of what I would find highly physically attractive. My tastes are also very diverse when it comes to physical attraction things like race don't matter but health, femininity, and age are more important. I also like curves as well (hip-waist ratio important).

ANY woman can look like a 10 if she just does a little bit of work. If I showed you a picture of myself after having just woken up vs when I get dolled up, it'd be the difference between a 5 and a 10.

 

There used to be a TV show where they'd take two ugly ducklings (man and a woman) and they'd do all sorts of work on them. Teeth, hair, nose, whatever. The before and after pics... wow. Those went from a 2-3 to a 9 easily.

 

I don't know about ANY woman.

 

Make up and hair helps, but if you don't have a naturally good facial structure, full lips, big eyes, good jaw/chin, then make up won't help that much.

 

Also, if you notice in those "before/after" the before pictures are always in bad lighting, they are NEVER smiling...bad posture, bad hair, etc.

 

Then the after picture is probably in perfect lighting, full smile, good pose, with definite touch ups.

That scale is silly. Anyone who is cute will have guys who think they are 10's to them, and guys who are blah about them...

 

Strangers have even walked up to me and said that I was stunning (Yet there are guys who do not even think I am remotely attractive.

 

I never have to worry about having a lack of options (IF I WERE single), but then again, don't all average girls have heaps of options? With me though, guys tend to get VERY interested and act like they feel quiet lucky to have me, when I recipricate and give them attention.

 

Yet really, I only look like a true 7 when I have mascara on. Literally. Otherwise, I am a 5 or 6 with my natural lashes.

 

And if I got my make up done professionally, I would definately be an 8 or even 9, if I was working out daily and eating clean.

Wow! Well, there are MANY women like me, who are a 6 or a 7 cute girl, that WOULD truly be a 10 if we worked out, ate clean, and fixed ONE of our features!!

 

Of course, your right: you DO need to be cute at least, in order for surgery to work. A tiny forehead, for instance, and an out of proportion, unappealing shaped face, cannot be fixed.

 

Um, if I got a nose job, and worked out daily and ate clean - I would be a ten to a fair few guys.

And I am only a 6 or a 7. An 8 with professional make up and daily work outs.

Currently I do not work out or eat right (over eat, eat junk every day) yet I do not really go past 130 pbs at 5 '5.

 

I could easily get a small, cute girly nose since my nose is not too thick to perfect through surgery.

 

My avatar pic is me with no make up, just a teeny bit of mascara. I do not even use moisterizer - just a mineral powder I make that contains just 4 ingredients.

I chortled at that chart I have to admit. But when you think about it it's pretty cruel to be laughing at someone who looks like that. People can't choose what they look like most of the time, and they are made to suffer for it while seeking a mate. Second from right in the 1s is Charla Nash, who had her face ripped off by her neighbours chimpanzee. She was quite pretty IMO before the attack. Society really is cruel in the way it treats unfortunate people.

I am actually getting a nose job.

 

I am a very happy person and would be totally happy without one though.

 

But hey, I am shallow I guess, and instead of a 6 ish, I will be a 8 - 9 with make up with a great nose.

 

While my nose is not big in size (it is not thick) it is too long, and my profile is crooked.

 

The nose on a girl makes a significant difference.

 

Take a look at come cute girls next time you come across them; I bet it is just ONE feature that stands between them being stunning, and cute.

This is why we all need to be greatfull that we do not have any actual disfigurements.

 

LOOK UP Katie Piper (I am not totally sure that is her name though..) But she was a beauty queen type, a model, a TV presenter, super likable: then her boyfriend got someone to put acid on her face :(:(:(:(

 

I read her book and cried. Just wow. She went to hell and back -luckily, her book and publicity afforded her a total face reconstruction, so the stage where, aover years of surgery, she looks normal enough to date regular people; she even looks cute.

 

Honestly, yes I want a nose job but that is a BONUS - a LUXUARY. Really, I am SOOOOOOOO greatfull to not have something seriously wrong.

 

If I never got my nose job, I would still be a very happy women. It is just an addd extra in life as far as I can concerned.

Be careful with nose jobs. A larger nose gives a person "character". You might think it's unattractive, but it can make you more "noticeable".

 

Look at Jennifer Grey from Dirty Dancing. She got a nose job and now she just looks like any other chick out there...DEFINITE down grade.

Take is from me, a women who has good features in every way APART from my nose.

 

- I have thick pouty lips, large eyes, straight teeth, and a nice shaped body with little work.

Trust me - I think small, cute, noses on women, OR straight noses that are slighly upturned - look the BEST.

 

Men are manly and big; women are naturally more attractive if they have refined features, and small noses.

I never said the "sisters" pic was attractive though I agree they aren't a 5 maybe a 4 in my book but with a better more professional photo where they smile without showing their gums they could be a 5. Though the chart says they are 2's (her photo is actually in the chart) which I think is untrue. They have some unusually bad teeth though, the one on the left has what appears to be fangs and the one on the right has well... bad teeth. Anyway the point was I wouldn't consider them immediately undateable assuming they had a lovely personality, though I'll admit their looks are pushing it.

 

Then again I might be getting desperate.

Oh no no no. It is actually ME lol. I have always wanted to just have a small and cute nose. Always. Since well before anyone commented on my nose in any way.

 

I simply think I wil be far more attractive if I have a straight nose again, the way it was before I broke it.

 

MOst people around me find me attractive anyway. I have no issues with people finding me attractive. Not every one does, but I have enough comments and offers on a regular basis.

 

Most people do not think I should have a nose job.

 

I am definately doing it for myself, LOL. That is for sure.

 

If big noses were in fashion, I would STILL want a smaller, cute one:)

The chart actually points out that people that are 1's were either in major accidents or had serious medical issues. In other words, their appearance isn't natural. And yeah, it is cruel to laugh at them. But some times, it's hard to stop yourself. So laugh and then hate yourself.
