Has anyone here ever tried it for weight loss? I saw it on Dr. Oz and when he recommended it, sales for the supplements online went up like crazy. I just started a workout program/ eating healthy after a 3 month hiatus. It will take some time before I notice any significant difference. In the meantime, I'm wondering if maybe I can "jump start" it with the raspberry ketones.

Unless there is a confirmed associated medical diagnosis, the main reason people put weight on, is because the hole up here..*points to mouth*

is bigger than the hole down here *Points to @ss.*

The secret of losing weight is to reduce calorific intake, focus on increasing proteins and reducing carbohydrates, and up your exercise reginme.

it honestly is that simple.

Dietary fads are exactly that.

Fads.

Hugh Jackman and Anne Hathaway had to lose a great deal of weight for their roles in the blockbuster film of the musical, 'Les Miserables'.

They both agreed that if asked, they would not reveal how they did it, because they didn't want other people stupidly or foolishly trying the same thing, and making themselves sick with it.

They had the professional guidance of experts on hand, and lost weight safely.

Us 'mere mortals' do not have the luxury of being highly-paid, totally insured and cosseted film stars with a retinue of people behind us to watch our every move.

So we'll just have to do it the hard way.

Modify diet + better exercise.

Done.

I've noticed that for every natural or artificial Big Pharma weight loss miracle pill, you're always given a diet to follow. Save your money and side effects and just go on a bloody diet!

Be very careful with this kind of stuff. Dr. Oz doesn't endorse any company or product but a lot of companies try to use his name and face. He does make suggestions but not all raspberry ketones or green coffee beans are all the same. Read labels carefully and double check Dr. Oz's suggestions because he will tell you what the label should read as and what it should have in it.

While obviously we all know good diet and exercise is best, I do thing that Dr. Oz doesn't just make these suggestions for the fun of it and that they can probably help a little bit with certain trouble areas as long as you eat healthy and exercise regularly.
