The mysterious cowboy and the creeper

Two men stand alone in their corners of a bar. One corner has a short, balding man. Another corner has a lone cowboy, 7 feet tall, and an attractive face. They both look at a table, the table has a lot of women.

The women start discussing the loners. The shirt bald one is creepy. And might stalk them. The cowboy is mysterious and worth taking the risk of giving out your number two.

I met my ex-husband in a bar. He was an alcoholic, many folks you meet in bars are alcoholics. I'll never date someone I meet in a bar again, and I haven't hung out at a bar in over a decade, not since I quit the dart league I used to play on (the dart league was great fun).

So, in a nutshell: I don't hang out in bars, they are bad news places (with the exception of the occasional sports bar with friends in which to catch a football game or boxing match).

Bars are bad places to seek out dating partners.
