charlietheginger Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Often times i hear about women that are beautiful talk down or feel down about their looks. Just have some information to share with women. Men dont care if you have acne or acne scars We dont care about a crooked tooth or a little saggy Skin on your belly , we dont mind a lil muffin top. Nor do we discriminant against any thing you Consider flaws. Your all beautiful looking just the way you are. men are not as picky as most women think. 16
Lani Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 This is really lovely of you to post Charlie, but unfortunately it's not true. You cannot speak for all men. And I can tell you right now, that some men do discriminate against those things. If they didn't, I'd have far better luck picking up! 3

Women will always be harder on themselves, than a man will ever be...that is the way it is....deb 5

Thank you, it is wonderful to hear from the men out there who legitimately feel this way. Unfortunately, there are still some very RUDE men out there who will talk down to a perfectly lovely woman. I've been told my nose is too big, my lips too small, too fat, too skinny, shoulders too broad, butt too small, too tall, need breast implants, need breast reduction, need to hit the treadmill, ears stick out too much (WHAT??haha). High school was particularly rough, there was a group of boys on my school bus who used to tease me about my nose, call me foul names, tell me I looked like a man, and throw rocks at me when walking home from the bus stop. I would arrive home in tears. My dad finally switched me to a new school because he couldn't stand seeing me walking in the door miserable every day. Luckily I can still be pretty content with how I look despite those nasty comments. I exercise, eat right, and take care of my skin, nails, teeth and hair.. I practice good hygiene and keep things clean and healthy. 4
TouchedByViolet Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Yes! Women are way to critical of themselves physically. I remember stepping out of the shower with a woman thinking this chick is hot as hell. Meanwhile she is worried how she looks because she doesn't have any makeup on. 1
nessaaa Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Thats very sweet of you. but i bet this is coming from a man who is 35+ and below average looking. 1
monicaelise Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Thats very sweet of you. but i bet this is coming from a man who is 35+ and below average looking. LOL charlie is far from "average" looking and I believe he is 35. Nice try though. 3
Under The Radar Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Thats very sweet of you. but i bet this is coming from a man who is 35+ and below average looking. Yes, he is 35, but he is NOT below average looking. Sorry, try again ... 1
Phoe Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 I recently was involved in a conversation with the men at my workplace regarding the attractiveness of certain female celebrities. According to them - Carrie Underwood is not cute because she's got a big forehead. Scarlett Johansson only looks good as a redhead. She's just "meh" when she's blonde. Tina Fey = NO. Kate Beckinsale is a goddess. Carrie Underwood isn't cute?!? Scarlett Johansson is "meh"?!? I'd gnaw off my right arm to look as "meh" as Scarlett. They must think I'm a full blown Mountain Troll!!! hahaha
Toddbt12y1 Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 I agree, they are too hard on themselves. Most of them rock. But the world doesn't always see it that way.. 1
nessaaa Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 LOL charlie is far from "average" looking and I believe he is 35. Nice try though. Im not trying anything. im just saying , only an older man whose okay looking would say something like that. Hot guys have higher standards and are more picky. Why are u so defensive. Geez...relax ass kisser. 1

Girls defend their "nice" guys like a pack of wolves.... must have a nice guy to defend me in conversations and feed my ego from From a male point of view... he's not that attractive... just ok

Actually, what you think of females doesn't really matter to women either as far I can tell. Nessaaa is just wrong here. Flat out. Charlie's neither below average or over 35. Accept it. You have no idea what you're talking about here. I have no dog in this fight, but I do know that the two of you really missed the mark on this one. 1
CptSaveAho Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 (no offense)He's a nutjob... if you can't read his posts and see that.... there's something wrong with you.... nesssaa spotted it in this one post alone by his "ACTIONS" I noticed in his posting last night

Nesssaa's post was targeting older, below average looking men. It doesn't matter if charlie is completely bat**** crazy. He's still neither of the things mentioned. As a matter of fact, if he is a cuckoobird, that would likely undermine your "nice guy" b.s. Try to stay with the argument. 1
CptSaveAho Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 bored tonight huh... picking a fight... i have nice friends that are bat **** crazy and freely admit it... get over yourself and pure statement of facts... im not posting 500 posts again to have to prove my point to you Nessaa is right...

LOL! That's because you missed the point. Feel free not to post anything further on this topic. I couldn't care less. You weren't even the person I was addressing to begin with. The only reason you've come into this exchange at all is because you tried to chime in with the same nonsense and, you too, are wrong. As far as picking fights goes, that's your forte buddy, not mine. I believe this is the first time I've ever even acknowledged you. Your posts are always the same and I generally keep you blocked. That's how much I want to pick a fight with you, or anyone. 1

Nessaa was right that Charlie's OP was sweet ... He was wrong that Charlie is below average in the looks department ... and this is coming from a straight dude . 2
mesmerized Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Depends on the guy. A lot of men are extremely hard on women's body. And lots also don't care about the little details as long as they like the whole package. But let's not forget that women are hard on themselves for a reason and that is how their looks is probably like 70+ percent of their worth in the dating market. 2
monicaelise Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 ROFLMAO spoken like a truly naive young woman. FWIW, I've got no reason to kiss anyone's ass. The stupidity of your comment just needed to be made clear with evidence. Thank you TW. Naive is naive, regardless of the gender. Perhaps I should have just gone with "person". My mistake.

sweetkiwi Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 When you act like a bombshell, men tend to treat you that way Problem with this is usually it's the not-so-pretty girls acting that way. 2
