Author Dreamless Sleep
OK Spoiler... Don't read further if you plan on watching. As an athlete(non-professional). He has lacked the humility I needed. I was competitive at a few sports and could have been on a national level if I too cheated. I remembered when I was 12 during an intra squad swimming match. "No hands under water". I watched my chief competitor use his arms underwater. Then I did. We were both DQ. LESSON LEARNED
somedude81
Professional cycling is a sport where you need to cheat to compete. At least it was in the days Lance was competing.

veggirl
It's all a fraud now So what do you make of it? Hasn't the $$$ aspect made all professional sports fraud by now? People aren't competing for glory, they are competing for endorsements and contracts and fame. Pro sports should be looked at as nothing more than entertainment nowadays. somedude81
It's all a fraud now So what do you make of it? My dad is an amateur cyclist. He is on a team and used to participate in races. He always watched the Tour de France among other races. I used to live with him when Lance was racing and most of what I know of cycling is from him. I haven't really fallowed cycling since I moved out. Though I do know that the sport if very grueling at the top level. The Tour is a three week event. It's insane.
