aethynyc
I was wondering if i still need to lose fat or am i good enough. I cant really tell in some parts of my body if its fat or loose/excess skin. I konw in like my arms it is loose skin, when i twist it or squeeze it its like soft and blubbery and u can see it. But in some areas like my chest (the part i want to flatten the most) still hasnt changed. I heard that when u lose fat your body burns it at differnt areas. My back has almost no fat at all u can see the spine stickin out, but like my stomach and chest still looks fat. ANyone have some advice? Thanks. neghlucky
cardio, resistance training and invertion, like hanging upside down, handstands or if your lazy off the side of your bed, if you do this enough gravity will begin to tighten your skin. build a tolerance for invertion training, but realize that all the blood will be rushing to your brain so you have to be smart and start out small, and get enough rest. neghlucky
what do you mean? im guessing your wondering about the invertion and how it affects your blood flow, well when you stand upside down all the blood will rush from your legs to your upper extremities and your brain, which can be a very good thing in moderation, and it can be dangerous if you over do it, if you hang upside down long enough without taking a break its possible you could pass out or something, so build a tolerance for it and work your way up to longer periods of time. jesusfist
does it look like elbow skin? if it does thats excess skin due to far to rapid weight loss which i doubt you have. Chances are you've lost a fair amount of bodyfat and alittle muscle mass. and whats left is body fat. Try getting into the gym and bulking back up alittle while doing cardio and maintaining a good healthy diet without starving youself. If you do find that you've got excess skin at such a young age it will over a period time, that varies, contract back to normal. This i've personally seen
Papillon
Yeah, I lost over 60 pounds very quickly, but my skin just shrunk along with me. I guess you can always fill the skin with muscle... And it's a total fallacy that you lost fat faster in one area if you excercise the muscles in that area. Your body will lose the same percentage of the fat layer evenly over your body. We just have different thinkness of fat layers on our bodies. And we have only a thin layer on our backs....
