How do you see someone's aura??

Hi,

I heard that you can see someone's aura if you focus hard enough. I want to know if anyone has had any experiences with this or knows anyone who has. Is it difficult? I want to be able to do it because it seems very useful. According to some site I was reading about it on you can tell when someone is sick (even if they don't know) from their aura as well as if they're a good/bad person and stuff like that....I'm VERY interested in this....please let me know anything you know about auras. Thanks!

hey, my teach can do tie che, spelled wrong i know, she can see aura's. its quite possible. how? i dono. i've also tried, i'd love to be able to. She has given us classes on tie chee and one class ended in the discusion of aura's. i also know its posible to heas sick using ur own aura. my teach has a dr that does just that. he is unamanginably old for his looks, tie chee helps him. its an anchent art is all i'm sure of, and yes its still practiced. so if u ever learn tell me how!

on the topic of "auras", "chakras" and our "etheral bodies", as well as the "astral plane" and "out of body experiances". all that stuff is tied together in one way or another. anyway, if you search enough you can find different practices for "seeing" the aura, but unfortuantely its not that simple. not everyone has this gift, and even if you can "learn" to master it, it will most likely take time. i think sometimes that i can see them around people and animals and plants, but then sometimes i can't. it's just one of many psychic, and clairvoyant abilities that we lost in childhood.

It is an interesting subject...I have on occassion perceived someone's aura...some people are more sensitive to seeing the colour energy than others...you also need to be open to it.

Have you ever read The Celestine Prophecy by James Redfield? It speaks a lot about individuals energy fields, and how one can learn to see them.

 

It also speaks a lot of the synchronistic events that happen within ones life, and how you can decipher what they mean.

 

I have never met someone who has been able to see these energy fields, however; after reading the book, I do now notice more of the synchronicity within my life.

Thanks I'll have a look. I have always felt more able to sense people's energy at the end of a group meditation when energy levels are raised in the room.

 

I met my fiance in meditation class of all places! Meant to be of course.

 

I am now reading a book called Wiccan Pathways. Pretty interesting stuff, and a lot of it I already embrace, just hadn't given it a title.

i have a book illustrating techniques for starting to see auras, from memory (ive lent it to a friend) you need half/dusky light and a grey background is best, place your hands in front of you so the backs of your hands face you & the fingers would touch their opposite hands same finger if you moved them closer together, and defocus.

 

This is where i mess up, all i can manage is going cross-eyed with concentration. The first signs of being able to see auras are smoky wisps coming off your fingers, then the wisps become lines of energy which join the fingers of your 2 hands togther. Thats a far as i got

This is very similar to what is stated within The Celestine Prophecy.

 

The character within the book places his hands to the sky (on a clear day...). He lifts one finger on each hand (respectively) and looks between them (all he can see is the clear blue sky.. nothing else between his fingers).

 

He then began to defocus and was able to see the energy that was created between his own fingers.

 

Once he was able to do this, he was able to see the energy of others, as well as of plants, animals, etc.

she told me "I had a bad aura." Meaning, I had a negativity...a overall bad attitude about myself. She said I was "very attractive, but my bad aura drove men away" and also they "picked up on my negative vibe". I for one believe her. I have a terrible attitude altogether. What's really odd is my fiancee said that night (we somehow got into the conversation about how others percieve us ---funny, huh?) and he said that I did give off a negative vibe to men.

I believe people can also see a good aura.

 

I consider my sister to be one of those who has a good one. I think people see it or somehow sense it.

The aura is a reflection of your inner feelings.

I can see auras on certain people... those with stronger ones are easier to see. Also, weird, but I can only see them when I'm in certain places too. Maybe the energy flow has something to do with it.
