mo110 Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 I am 25 and my ex was was my first real love and serious relationship, after being together for 3 years we were forced to break up due to certain circumstances. I still have dreams about her and sometimes wake up with panic attacks. Its been 4 months NC, I just want to know if these feeling will ever go away? Is it normal to have dreams and get panic attacks even after having NC for so long? Im so fed up of all the mental energy this break up has taken. I still love her and miss her like crazy. Any advise would help!
winstonsdreams Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 totally normal, i have the odd dream here am there too, it sucks even after months of NC. I know how it feels, it feels like it's taking forever but it will get easier with NC. Just know you will get there one day.
TaraMaiden Posted February 3, 2013 Posted February 3, 2013 I had a dream about one of my exes the other night. I broke up with him in 1979..... But it was just a dream 'featuring'..... Not focussed on him.... he just happened to be there. It amused me when I woke up, and I read no significance in it. Just my subconscious entertaining me......
