SoulSearcher22
I need someone to kick me in my ass for this. I joined the Navy at age 18. I had no problems with girls in high school or while I was in the Navy. I think, and I was also told by others, that I was an attractive male. I got out of the Navy a little over a year ago and starting dating a girl for a while, then we broke up. Since then, I have gained probably 20 pounds. You can't really tell in my body that much but my face is fatter now and rather unattractive to me. I have no will to stay in the gym anymore. I don't get much activity with my job as I am in the IT field. I just KNOW I can lose it and get my confidence back after a month or two but I just get stuck and stop after a week or so. What are some ways to stay motivated? I have all the tools at my disposal. My work has a gym in it and I have ample of time DURING work, not to mention after or before, to workout and drops this F-ing weight.

Kingtut380
You just need to do one simple thing. Cut the carbs. Exercise doesn't have much to do with weight loss. You should be able to get rid of 20 lbs in a month or so.
amazingdrummer
find a diet buddy to help each other keep track, eat healthy and do exercises. But losing 20lbs a month is not possible accept if you are very overweighted.
