ptp
Does anybody else drink powdered drinks where you mix powder in water to make a flavored drink? Things like Crystal light, Mio or powdered Gatorade? I like them because they are easy to make and I can control how much flavor there is by watering it down. How safe are those? About as safe as diet pop?

EasyHeart
They're basically poison. If you're diluting them down, they're better than buying the same thing in bottles, but they're still loaded with sugar and chemicals that have no business being in your body. It also depends on how you use them. If you have a bottle of pop or gatorade once a week as a treat, it's probably not a big deal. If you're drinking several a day as your only source of liquids, that's a big problem.

whichwayisup
Just stick to water and if you want a bit of zest to your drink, add lemon and a touch of suger or honey. All natural is the way to go and it's healthier for you in the long.
