The lyrics was very sad and depressing, and I felt very sad and got depressed after listening to the song. I often see someone's post that their ex sent them a love song as their love message, though how about sad heartbroken love song? I felt like he tried to make me more depressed. Author nocturne12 Posted February 17, 2013 Author Share Posted February 17, 2013 (edited) he broke up with me 4 months ago, he wanted to be friends with me so we kept contact and hanged out regularly, then he suddenly broke it the friendship off by saying that he cannot move on if he keeps seeing me, and he wanted No contact. it was around last christmas. After a bit of research i come to the conclusion it was in reference to the song by Jebediah. Looked up the lyrics and it sounds more like a song for a dumpee. iamsamsamiam Posted February 17, 2013 Share Posted February 17, 2013 For the night i received my text it upset me, wondered why she did it, wondered what she hoped to achieve by sending it. I don't know why and i don't intend to ask her. I didn't know her mindset, motivation and her intentions. I Just let it fly, if she was just looking for a response, she didn't get it. I then got a missed phone call from her at 3 am. I didn't answer. Gave me some control back and made me feel a hell of a lot better.
