She told me she can't help me because I refuse to accept God. So the irony is I go to see a therapist for my fear of rejection and she rejects me because I am not like her. The licensing agency, maybe. That is way out of line. Then find a new therapist. Maybe do a phone interview first to make sure they're a better fit. I think I'm done with therapy. Lolllll i dont think that is christian behavior or within the guidelines of what a therapist is supposed to do or say......i prefer to see a counsellor who is spiritually minded and directly iwth my faith beliefs....thats my core strength ....even though i am new to the truth...i know the non judging acceptance of others rule,always have, spiritual means non judgmental and accepting of differences......in my opinion....its the only way to help anyone.......and its hard sometimes...but when you choose therapy as a profession......it should be about the people not the paycheck.....deb Link to post Share on other sites
