Scarlett5
Becoming more open to new relationships and friendships, and learning to express my feelings more is something I'm always trying to improve on. I'm much more expressive and open than I used to be and I absolutely love the difference it makes. People warm to you much more and often mirror the expressiveness and openness, so in turn, you create greater and more meaningful relationships. I'm very genuine and would never 'put it on', so I'm really taking the time to learn here. Sometimes though I can feel awkward and left wishing that I wore my heart on my sleeve that little bit more. I want to just be able to let go and not be so self aware! Especially in (romantic) relationships, as I think it makes a world of difference. Just to be able to allow myself to be vulnerable and to let someone in (pardon the pun)....I think it must be quite liberating. A little vulnerability can be quite charming. So have any of you had to work on this kind of issue before? And if so, how did you best overcome it? Any advice or insight would be much appreciated. Thanks all
