TaraMaiden
I have a feeling the OP is not English-speaking (no, really? You don't say!) and that they've written whatever they would LIKE to say in their own mother tongue - then used an on-line 'instant translation programme' to change it to English! Aaaand - Voilà! That's one thing the internet really isn't all that good at!!

Andy_K
Amazing. I understood every word in the post, yet not the post itself. So I'll stick to the title Yes, jogging every day can help you lose fat, provided your diet is correct.
Andy_K
That depends how far you jog, and on what type of surface.

Casablanca
Yeh but jogging everyday will likely cause you injury. You need alternate days. You need another aerobic activity to do on the other days. Swimming, riding, whatever... If you start to jogging everyday I promise you you WONT because you will get injury and wont be able to go the next day, or the next. You can get chronic injuries too, like repetitive strain injury and then you will be not able to run for a month! So never jog everyday. Only 3-4 times a week. By injury do you mean actual injury or just your muscles being sore? Also running on dirt and grass is much better than concrete. I get sore from time to time, but never really injured Also it is good to mix in some weight lifting to help lose weight.

nerd
Sorry, but there are plenty of people who run every day, even twice a day, and never have any issues. Maybe it's genetics. Maybe it's because even people who think they are jogging slowly are actually running too fast for their current fitness level. This is probably one of those areas where blanket statements are always wrong.
nerd
It's wrong in at least some cases. But you can believe what you will.
Mr Scorpio
Blanket statement that you should not run everyday is right. Everyday? No. Everything I've read calls for at least one day per week of no exercise whatsoever (is that all one word?). However, IMO with proper diet, stretching, and adequate sleep, one can jog/run five days per week without adverse effects.
