Is there any home remedies i can do RIGHT NOW that will relieve me of a hangover?

Once you awake from a night of drinking, it's a lot harder to get rid of a hangover. It's easier to nip it in the bud before you go to sleep. Since that's too late, I would recommend that you drink tons and tons of water. Just keep drinking it. You feel nauseous and crappy because you're dehydrated. That's what alcohol does to your body. Drinking water will replenish your water stores and the nausea should go away.

For the headache, take Advil or Tylenol. Also, if you're home, try and take a nap. If you're at work, just keep drinking that water! Don't drink coffee because caffeine will DEHYDRATE you and that's what you're trying to avoid. Water and Tylenol or Advil and sleep.

A hangover at work is a bitch! I feel your pain. Water is your friend! I hope you make it through the day ok!

Water! And lots of glucose. Your liver has to hydrolise glucose in order to break down the ethanol, and it will also deplete it's own stores in glucagon, so your blood sugar and fluid levels are shot to hell. Go buy a good glucose sports drink, a six pack, caffeine free, and drink as much of it as possible.

I know this sounds odd and unhealthy, but my method of avoiding a hangover is before going to bed I drink a glass of water with just one single egg yolk, just the yolk. It works everytime, I think they're called sea oysters, I'm not sure.

Stop eating raw eggs. They can have salmonella which will make you extremely ill.
