sunshine6
We work together. I've been giving him the cold shoulder, not acting interested in his bs anymore. Now, he's acting completely cocky and arrogant around me. New behavior. What's this all about? Men explain.

georgia girl
I agree. He's looking for a response from you. If you want, you can reward him. But what do you get out of it? More of the same? Ignore, ignore, ignore. You are in the driver's seat. Accelerate as fast as you can to a better life where someone chooses you first. Good luck!
Author sunshine6
He is a jackass. That has been determined. He's starting in such a way that he's not letting me ignore him. He's arrogantly putting himself in my space. Approaching me like "everything's cool... I'm over it, too so now I can just casually bug you again"....??? What should I do with this? georgia girl
If it were me, I'd look at him and say, "Knock it off. I mean it or I will file a complaint about sexual harrassment. I've got nothing to lose. Do you really want to push me?" Then, I'd walk away. If he came up to me, I'd walk around him. You don't have to put up with anything. Own your own life and stay away from him. He'll get the message. If he doesn't, turn him in.
Elfie
Bravado / hurt ego? Trying to make out he isn't hurt by your ignoring him maybe? I'd continue to ignore him, as OP say, he's looking for a reaction, and even a response to ask him to stop will give him a chance to interact and put something into your head that might send you off track, which will knock your current (and wise) position of strength. I might be wrong though -
