Tressugar
Does anyone know how long Human Resources take to approve the following for state employment? 1. Eligibility verification 2. SROA/Surplus/Re-employment clearance 3. Verification of Minimum Qualification for list appointments 4. Verification of required education or certificates 5. Your passing of any mandatory fingerprinting/background 6. Any other contingencies that may be required of the position you interviewed for
Got it
It depends on the background check company, how much you have moved (how many court records need to be pulled), and the pieces that are being looked into. I can't speak to the fingerprinting and clearance, normal is 1-2 weeks. They should have told you but if they didn't I would follow up with them and ask. Many of those pieces turn around in a matter or minutes. Good luck!!!

ON MY OWN
Congrats on the job! I also wanted to add for further knowledge, it also depends on their workloads. Some companies are good at pushing through during busier times. Way to go on the job, best of luck!
