ajonesman Posted September 12, 2004 Share Posted September 12, 2004 Hello everyone - I wrote a poem today and I wanted to share with everyone ------------ Take this broken heart I don't need it any more It's been torn apart I am tired fighting this war. Take it far away Throw it into the sea I don't want to see it today or any day Let me drink my oswego tea I'd rather feel bare as the desert vast and wide, deep and blue Then this hurt because I still love you Hurry now and take my heart as fast and far as you can I will not cry, as it parts as am now a solo man Run in any direction you choose and please don't tell me any clues I just want peace under this hemlock tree Now take this broken heart, I don't want it anymore. And well yeah I've been pretty burned this year in the women department. About 6 months ago. It is still hard because I have to see her almost every day because I am a swim coach and I coach her son. And about tea. No I have never had oswego tea, however I saw it once and I just like to say the word oswego :-). I found this link. This year was not a good year for me too...actually the summer sucked for heart break....I hope we all find someone to care for us like the way we deserve....Going through a heartbreak I cant fathom myself doing that to someone else....its so terrible...take care Link to post Share on other sites
