How much does race/culture matter to you in dating?

Recommended Posts

I would like a white girl's bubbly personality, a latin girls sexyness, a black girl's big butt, and an asian girl's brains all rolled into one.

Uh, an asian girls brain?

Gotta love stereotypes.

Not very much.

Culture does, though. Values, manner of speaking, manner of dress...

And the way he presents himself. I am more attracted if it is like my own... skin color and actual race does not matter too much.

Not only do I only date white guys, but they have to have red hair. I am very specific on what turns me on.

Race doesn't matter

Beauty matters!

Meaning if the girl or the guy are from certain race, but they are beautiful\handsome, Nobody will mind being with them unless they are really racist and can't stand certain race! Or they are refusing because the girl or the guy has horrible personality or something that you can't just ignore

Just because men will screw any woman doesn't mean they will commit to them. Men are just as racially biased if not more than women when it comes to commitment.

Totally agree. When I was on OKC, I couldn't believe the balls (or maybe sheer stupidity) of some of the white guys who would message me even though it was obvious theyd never actually commit to me. For the record, answering "yes" to the question "would you strongly prefer to marry someone within your own race?", is kind of a big tip off...:laugh:

Always a blast calling them out on it and watching 'em squirm, though.

Race doesn't matter to me. Couldn't really date someone inside my race (I'm half Korean half black) lol nobody was my mix around my city that I knew of. I used to have a thing for Asian guys but I guess I got over it when I was told I wasn't Asian enough lol

Please tell me that that's you in your avatar.....or someone that looks very similar to you.

 Not me but not far off and I wear my hair straight.

Now tell me, "is it important that your kids have the same skin color as you?"

:p

Oh noes. You all must be wrong cause kungfujoe said so. Gotta love when a long out of dating scene guy tells us how true our experiences are.

And yes, I saw that on OKC too, I was surprised at how many men responded yes to that question.

Plenty of people will mess around with a certain race but won't commit to them. It goes for both genders. How many white women do you see who date black men just to rebel against their family and experience a cultural safari but then settle down with a white man who is considered acceptable?

Like my favorite comic always says

Not at all.

Humans are humans.

Beauty is beauty.

I just wanted to say I think you're beautiful. That's all.

When a woman says "yes" to that question, I never message her, it's a turnoff. I answered no, and I mean it.

IME, white women are so much easier to seduce and get in bed that I just stick to my own race. Asian and hispanic women are tough for me for some reason. Black women are easier, but much harder to bed than white women. IMO, men end up liking most what they end up succeeding with most.

But all races tend to possess distinctive physical traits which distinguish them from one another, and often these traits are objectively seen as less desirable than the physical archetype of another race. So yes, race will certainly dictate one's ceiling for physical attractiveness.

On paper, race doesn't mean anything. If I were looking to father children I would probably want to go with my own, but I'm passed that. That being said I'm attracted to woman of color but just one word out of their mouth can have the same effect as a whiff of terrible breath. If it's sincere, it's lovely. If it's a put-on bit of ghetto hustle, that's too black for me. I've been with several black women and none were phony fronts with the type of shtick some black guys use on women. That's a bridge too far for me.

Kidding, right?

I would still love em if they were purple as long as I knew for sure that they were MINE and not that they were purple because Barney the Dinosaur was ****ing my wife.

Most people get the shaft one way or another; I mean we can't all be born rich, or tall, or naturally athletic, smart, whatever...however I sincerely believe that there is 'someone for everyone' if they are willing to put in the time and effort to find them.

And as I have said, its finding that 1 needle out of a 3 billion pile of needles. Just a pain in the a**

Instead of looking for that someone who accepts you, you could improve yourself and thus expand the pool of people who are looking for you...

Improve yourself = be more white. :bunny::laugh:
