Throwingintowel Posted April 12, 2013 Share Posted April 12, 2013 I am just in no contact zone AGAIN though this is the longest yet(7 days) the A was 2.5 years, we are both married and we attempted to end it many times. I think being cut off completely at the first DDay would have been better. Truly, dragging it out has been torture. I always thought I was lucky that my exMM didn't just throw me out like garbage and let his wife force him nc w me. I was wrong. I feel for you, I do. We are all there or shave been there. It's painful but day by day I find myself a bit less anxious and I focus on journaling all of the positive feelings I am having now and all he negative feelings that I do not miss. When I jot them down and re-read some of it I just smh and am bagged by what I put myself through. Your ex is doing you a favor by not dragging it out or having that "one last conversation or goodbye". Trust me. I have been through a dozen of those, only to get sucked back in and repeat. Insanity.
