But it can be pretty dangerous. Do not give away your real name/address/home # for whatever reason. And you have to keep in mind that you cannot be really sure you know someone until you have met them and spent some real time with them. arcadia Posted September 17, 2004 Share Posted September 17, 2004 well obviously it does depend on whether or not there is a relationship involved. if someone is single.. then no harm done. if someone is in a relationship...hmmm.. then i dont know. i mean i wouldnt put phone sex in the same category as watching porn because it is sort of personalized. but having phone/internet sex with a stranger is MUCHMUCH better than with someone the person knows. (which is what happened to me in my relationship. and believe me. he might as well have slept with her cause it made me feel just as bad) but if the internet sex is continual with this same stranger... then that is something to worry about. just cause someone hasnt met the person, doesnt mean there isnt an emotional connection there.
