Feeling down

Hi there, just looking for some advice. My boyfriend and I have been together now for 3 years. Over the past few months I've felt like he's been a bit distant and a few small things have caught my attention and I don't know if I'm being paranoid or not. There was a period when he seemed to be acting very secretive about his phone, he put a password on it which wasn't on before and took it with him everywhere even to the toilet and it would beep for emails and texts but he wouldn't say who it was. This went on for a couple of months but seems to have waned recently. There's been a couple of times when he's been away on business where he's said he was somewhere at a certain time so he didn't call me then I found receipts that say he was elsewhere at that time (like a bar or whatever) little things like that. A few times I've noticed paper coffee cups in the door side of the car (my side) which aren't from me. The latest thing was the other day he was on the computer and I was in another room when I went to where he was he quickly shut the screen but I got a quick glimpse of it before he closed it and there was a few photos of a scantily clad female but it was so quick I didn't get a really good look. I calmly asked him what it was and he didn't say anything. Also he's been really snappy with me lately for no reason and we haven't been very intimate either. The other thing (which I know a lot of men do) he is constantly ogling other women when we're out and he says things like you should dye your hair or you should wear lipstick. I'm just feeling a bit insecure I guess, maybe I'm reading too much into it. Any advice is appreciated.

Jarlene, you just answered your own question. It's not advice you need, it's confirmation: yes these are signs that your man is cheating on you. Whether or not he actually is, is up to you to find out. Now either you hope that in time you find out or you get up and do something about it - like communicate with him, straight-up.
