Not sure what to do? Do I have a chance?

Quick question. I had been dating this guy for about a year and about four months ago we split up. I tried for a month to win him back to no avail. Well I did not contact him for the next three months and now out of the blue I have received an e-mail from him (see below)

 

"Subject: It's raining

 

You always flood my mind when it rains.................hope all is well in your world..........E"

 

You see we always had this special thing together about the fact that we both loved the rain and loved making love during the rain. Now I'm not sure what to think. If he didn't want anything from me why would he pick that to initiate contact again? Maybe I'm dumb but I'm not sure how to react. Does he want to initiate contact again? Should I reply? Will I hear from him again?

 

Now all the feelings that I felt for him have come flooding back............help!!!!!!!!

The whole thing about no contact is it ends when the person who initiated the nocontact wants it to. You started it so its on you now. Your decision.....if it were me and I was doing fine w/o him like you seem to be.....I would make him wait more....from a guys perspective.

 

Since he initiated the break up and its only been 3 months....I would say you take him back if/when you feel like it.....like I said.....to know for sure, I would make him suffer...give it more time.
