Saying grace---my way!

Recommended Posts

Many of us who are old enough can remember Archie Bunker saying, "good food, good meat, good God, let's eat"... I wrote my own version of grace, but unfortunately it's not for the prudish:

Here we are gathered, to say our grace,

As each prepares to stuff his face;

So may this meal our hunger squelch,

That we acknowledge, with a belch. (**uuuuuuurp**)

And here I was thinking you might be calling all the food companies to express your gratitude :D. This is much more, um...poetic! :p

Yeah, I'd save the phone-calling thing for the prudish crowd. :cool:
