youdunsay
I'm giving up soon tip-toes up and down. Is there any way I can shrink my big calves (13inches) to 9 inch and less? Am thinking of plastic surgery but I don't think it last forever.
ForeverHopeful1
Plastic surgery is not the answer and no it wont last forever if you arent doing any work to keep your calves tight and slim. Star Gazer
A 13" calf is not a big calf. My calves are one of my favorite body parts; they're "athletic" for sure, but not even "big" and they're 14". A 9" calf? That's literally the size of my thickest part of my forearm.
Author youdunsay
I'm stout, not even 5 foot tall. And I don't see any exercises effective
SensitiveTJ
In my observation, calves are a muscle very resistant to change. Whether you want them bigger or smaller, it is quite difficult to get significant results. With calves, you're kinda stuck with what your genes gave you. Much more so than say, arms.

crederer
Hmmm, this is a new one for me. People usually ask how to make calves bigger. And don't do surgery. Just thinking of that made me cringe.
