Moody Mate!! grr

hi every1, aving problems with a mate, and i need ur advice! his name is James and i met him a few months ago, i met him in a club where we snogged and swapped numbers, but we never actually dated, wen i met him again i just assumed we wud be friends but he wanted more, he said that he really liked me and i just freaked cos i dont feel the same!

 

to cut the story short, five months on, he still likes me and were good friends, we hang out, but whenever i chat to some1 he gets moody, one time his mate slapped me in the club cos he fought i was being unkind cos i was chatting up some1, but its none of his business and its not RIGHT cos im not WITH James! so i did nothing wrong...sometimes he turns into this pyscho bitch, and one time i ended our friendship cos i felt i wud do him a favour, give him time to get over me....but he refused and said he cudnt

 

i hav a 2month bf now whos now gone to uni (LDR), and wenever we were out 2gether he always used to get moody, and say bitchy things to my mates...he affected relations with my bf and my mates and i hated him for that

 

now im just fed-up, he treats me like were 2gether, wenever we meet we usually argue bout somthing, last nite he got pissed off cos i was a little late and then wen i ad invited a friend along, he said he just wants me&him, not my friend!! but i said were not on a ****ing date! now what do i do? hes a good friend at the end of the day and cares for me, but his behaviour is not good!

I would cut off all ties with this friend of yours.

 

But, if you're unwilling to do that without giving him another chance, then sit down and talk to him. Be firm. Tell him you have a boyfriend and you are not going to let him get in the way of your relationship. Let him know you have absolutely no romantic interest in him. He can either be your friend, or he can stay out of your life.

 

Then it's up to him. But you can't let him continue to behave this way!
