My hope is that in about a year I will be able to afford to consume 1.0g per pound. In the meantime, I'm seeing gains on lifts and in cardio endurance. We'll see how long before my body plateaus with my current workout. If nothing else I should be at or below 150 pounds before I can focus on building muscle. Link to post Share on other sites
