Just an update for those who are still interested:

I have lost over a stone and gone down two clothing sizes.

 

While I still have a little bit of a pot-belly, (I call it my Buddha-belly!!) that is a definite trait that runs in my (Italian) family! All us ladies got it! But it's going down and I'm doing crunches....

My Nutritionist tells me that I should try to lose it all, and that in fact it's healthy to retain some fat around the hips and lower tummy: It supports the pelvis during the menopause and aids against hip problems and osteoporosis....

 

Guess us ladies with love handles gotta learn to love 'em!

 

incidentally, my H loves the 'new me'....;)
