Mystery2Me
Yes, Yep, Yup!!!! After being left a year ago and 10 months of NC, STBXH's affair has become PUBLIC.:lmao: ~~~~And within 48 hrs this jackass text me about it (No, I have not responded)?!?!? Does he REALLY expect me to help with damage control around his royal mess-up.:confused~~~~~ AND it was not by me, for over year I have taken the high road after he abandoned our 15 year marriage...have not said single word and got on with healing myself. SO he was outted by a former work colleague. Now of course I was also contacted via the grapevine about the affair, and said: I am way past the affair I Have Filed For Divorce to be finalized soon. ALL of his Business Is None of MINE. SO...Feel Free to Do as you Please. Look who's hurting now, can not deal with your own mess. It is no longer my job, and I've promptly field this text with all the others marked....I don't give a f$%^. I am feeling vindicated on this day, and am so very thankful that I focused on my personal healing. It is good to know that you can not get off scott-free with treating your spouse like trash and devaluing the marriage bond without paying for it. So I've enjoyed a yummy steak dinner and now looking forward to a champange bubble bath. ~Cheers to Choosing Happiness Edited May 22, 2013 by Mystery2Me

Author Mystery2Me
SimpleoldSchool, Glad to give you a good ole belly laugh. I have been reading a bit about your story, and am so very sorry you find yourself on this silly roll-a-coster. Last year I was really low, but with faith, IC, and Team Mystery (family, friends, faith, and this forum); I am laughing this evening. Not so much about the karma, but because I am enjoying my freedom...thankful that I walked thru the pain and do not have face this storm with him. All will be well, not easy, but very well. I am not fully out of the wood yet; but a least I have advanced from a crude compass to a swanky GPS. Take very good care and be very kind to yourself.
Gunny376
but a least I have advanced from a crude compass to a swanky GPS. Not to change the subject but since the topic of GPS's has come up? I entered "Lying Cheating, Whoring, Two-timing, Selfish, Self-centered, narcissistic bitch?" Now I'm not saying my XHEX is any of those things? But my GPS came back and gave me directions to HER house!!!!!
Gunny376
There is a certain amount of gratification to be had in vindication, is there not? There are certain moments in Life that are to not only to cherished? But to relished to their very foundation of sweetness. Revenge is a dish that is best served cold and with the least amount of expectation. When one is betrayed by a spouse? The best and sweetest form of revenge, vindication and gratification from such? Is to rise from the flames, from the ashes and to heal and grow into a stronger, better, happier, much more rounded person full of Life and all that Life has to offer. Not wallering around in self-pity and doubt? Not held back by the chains of 'would-have, could-have, should-have" Not sitting around a shadow ~ a shell of a man or a woman ~ digging up bones of a love long lost and gone? I've been a student since my divorce of relationships between men and women, marriage, women's psychology, even the bio-chemistry of the brains of men and women. IMHO, mental and personality disorders aside? People cheat, quit marriage, are WWW or WWH simply because they are flawed ~ they are weak-minded, lacking in self discipline and self control. They are immature, and their social, sexual, personal development is stunted. They are selfish, self-centered, narcissistic even. They've no control over themselves nor their passions. Mature healthy, well-developed, confident, self-assured, self actualizing, self validating people? They don't necessarily need anyone else to assure them, reassure them, actualize them, validate them. Mature healthy, well developed talk, discuss, negotiate, agree, compromised their differences ~ and reconcile such. They make commitments to one another, for the short, medium and long haul. They don't walk out the first time that their partner shows the least little flaw of being imperfect ~ indeed of being a human being ~ and all that entails. They understand the difference in the following words: "I Love You Because I WANT you, not because I NEED you!" Take some time to wrap that one around your head. Its so simple its complex, its so complex that its simple. Take it to work with you, and think about it, break it apart, analyse it, put it back together, take it apart again, examine its component part through the lens of your own personal perspective and Life experiences. I think you will be surprised at the answer(s) that come back to you?
revitup
M2M, I need more info here. Is the tub actually filled with champagne? Or are you drinking champagne while in the bubble bath? This is very important. I bet the XH is the one losing sleep now! Great stuff Mystery2Me,you have yourself a great week. REVITUP
Author Mystery2Me
Too right Gunny!!!! Love the GPS coordinates as well, these folks are something else. You've ascended to a wise position 50,000 ft level above this mess and can call a thing a thing. I am happy to be at 25,000 ft and still climbing, but still have miles to go. But...yeah seeing the jackass lost this self-induced ground zero.....How Sweet IT IS. Thanks for all you do Gunny, and my best to Mrs. Gunny.
Author Mystery2Me
Hey Rev! No champange in the bath...but hey that's brilliant!!!!! Who know's if these folks even know what suffering...but now that his colleagues know he looks like a FOOL. Because if had filed for divorce as he SAID he was we would be divorced. So this situation only exists because of again breaking his word. Good news, is now that the mistress may have to tell her husband (Oh, dear!) What is Mystery doing????? Going to the US Virgin Island....no Pressure Man! ~Cheers my friend!
