Author HeavenOrHell
It's not like we haven't thought about it, and talked about it, our original plan two years ago fell through. The only way we manage at the moment is to not worry about the future, and focus on what we have here and now, we've really no idea if we'll ever live closer, but also we don't want to let go of what we have right now. aweee that's awesome!! these break ups don't really last long... one just can't bear them for too long ) however, I think you should both think about your distance issue seriously, cause as Elswyth said, love alone is truly not enough.

Author HeavenOrHell
We've been together more than 3 years, we've talked about it a lot, but unable to change things for the foreseeable. We've broken up over it before, but that didn't feel like the right thing to do. Like I said, we had plans but they fell through, not exactly easy afterwards to say; oh ok then let's stop all this, when you still love each other. well thats impressive then, I wouldnt be able to be doing anything without thinking of the future.. nobody says you need to have plans, but at least, to have contemplated about who, where, when, what.... but well, thats just me... you should do what best suits you.. Author HeavenOrHell
800 miles, different countries, I'm in the UK, he's mainland Europe. Only takes him about 3-4 hours to come see me, but I won't fly, so it takes me 9 hours to get to him. How far apart do you guys live exactly? I'm sorry for your loss and hope things work for you two when you meet again. Edited June 29, 2013 by HeavenOrHell
missunshine
thats not too far, but it's still distance.. at least you can see each other more often than other LDR couples can... at least once a month... if your obligations permit it, of course.
