Nit-picking Co-worker: Very Annoying! Can't Take It Anymore! Help!!

How do you handle a co-worker that nit-picks every little thing you do?

I work with a lady (not my boss, but a notch above my position) who nit-picks me about everything. I can do exactly what she says and she'll find something wrong with how I did it. I like her as a person, but not to work with. She's equivelant to an annoying mother-in-law! How do I tell her to stop the nit-picking without being too hostile or out of sorts?

I would bring it to her attention nicely.. nest time she nit-picks ask her if she can go over the procedures again because she never seems to be satisified with your work... she will either stop or tell you what her problem is.
