Can I just assume she doesn't care?

This OLD Saga of mine is almost as horrible as it is hilarious. Its such a humbling experience with the men/woman ratio so screwed its like if you aren't at least a 9/10 you might as well not try. I have had some results though. 2 girls I contacted out of the 30something responded; one only responds to conversation starters with as few words as possible. The other seemed interested and even said she wanted to meet when shes not so busy.

 

Now she doesn't even reply unless I send 2 messages in a row which I only did because I find it so hard to fathom why someone would agree to meeting up and then stop contact. She's online but never seems to respond to me.

 

Can I just assume someone far better looking then me messaged her and she's just hoping I forget about her or she's just gets so flooded with messages she never see's mine or something ridiculous like that? Just not sure if its worth trying. The worst part is she may just be busy (despite being on the site). OLD really does suck.
