Well I was doing great with the NC then he had to contact me "I love you. I can't live without you". Blah blah blah. Just got off the phone with him. He wanted me to come over. He seemed so sincere but then he started saying that we have to find a way to make it work. I almost caved. He did get an apartment but when I saw it not all his stuff is there. It's more like an office space that he has and I asked where is the rest of your stuff - back at his house where his wife is. Says he can't move it all. He hates being in that apartment and wishes we could be together. We have to find a way. He even started crying again. The apartment is big and could hold lots of his stuff if he was getting a divorce. He said his wife won't file for divorce and he hasn't filed either. That totally didn't make sense to me. I said if it is that bad then why haven't you gone out and filed. Well says he's trapped in that situation and he can't get out. Like I'm going with my gut and believing that everything is still a lie. He tried changing the subject but I kept going back to the you need to file and when you have the papers in hand come and talk to me. He was pretty upset with me. I told him not to call or text me. I almost fell for his BS again. I know there won't be a divorce. I'm sure he wants me to be living in an apartment for his convenience and pleasure. I can't believe I almost fell for it again

Reality is, this guy has no intention of ending his marriage for real and divorcing. He is however, totally interested in having you in his life as his OW.
