Lok, I've given you just about all the advice that I've got. Letting go is not easy. But your health depends on it. I haven;t got a whole lot more to tell you. At some point, you're going to have to stop wallowing and start doing. I think you should stop now. But it's up to you. I've got my own problems and my own No Contact journey I'm on right now. Because the overwhelming majority of those who 'fight for what they love', end up losing. They lose time spent working on themselves, they lose confidence, they lose growth and personal development, and they lose the person they're fighting for. Get ready.
