Eventually, and somehow you lost interest in the girl and told her that you did not want a relationship with her. If you and the girl continued to talk to each other and chill as friends frequently is it possible for you to re-develop feelings for the girl and want to date her? He would either have to be lacking in options at the moment, or he is lacking for sex and would find you convenient.
