SimonSerenade
Hey guys, just wondering if there's any good work out programmes for someone who suffers with inner ear problems, I got diagnosed with labyrinthitis 2 years a go and before it came on I took up jogging and went to the gym at least once a week, since then I've been very limited to indoor exercise, mainly doing vestibular rehabilitation exercises to try and help my brain compensate for missed signals, obviously this isn't going to do much for my body other than hell my brain. I've tried going to the gym since but I don't tend to stay very long as I get too dizzy and depending on what machine I'm using, get anxiety and heart palpitations. So was just wondering if there's any good exercises out there that could be beneficial indoors?, I used to use my Nintendo wii, there was some pretty good fitness games on there, anyway I gave it to my son eventually as I didn't use it for anything other than that purpose and now I'm stuck on what to do lol. Any advice?
Ripnet
Changing your diet and managing your stress will go a long way. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. Eat lean quality meats in moderation. Avoid processed foods, soda, alcohol, juices. Drink plenty of clean water. If this fails try going to a Chinese doctor with a good reputation they can help a lot.
