Leegh
I bought some organic dandelion greens at one of the major organic grocery stores recently, and they are great. Most days I used to have a spinach salad for lunch with tuna fish or chicken (with olive oil and vinegar), but now I have switched to dandelion greens. They taste great, and they are as good or better health-wise than spinach. In addition, I was so impressed with the dandelion greens that I bought some dandelion tea; again another winner. Does anyone have any recipes or suggestions on how to use dandelion greens and/or the health benefits of them?
tbf
Not fond of the bitter/spiciness in dandelion greens but they're very good for you. Why not grow your own in a pot? They're unbelievably easy to grow.
Anela
I keep meaning to pot some from the garden - I picked on out of my raised bed over a week ago. You could add them to a smoothie with some fruit.
