Hard Rain
The past few months i have been experiencing some odd symptoms which became a lot worse this week. To start i normally wake up after a good 9 hour sleep and feel exhausted, then when i try to eat anything for breakfast i feel sick I keep on getting these really bad headaches every so often that dont seem to go away with painkillers, i havent got much enthusiasm to do anything and overall i just feel really low. I cant seem to concentrate, i have lost my appetite and i always feel tired. The past few months i have seen my grandad in and out of hospital, my grandma becoming ill, seen my parents really stressed (which in turn stresses me out) and i have just moved back to uni where some of the friends i used to live with have now left, some of the people i knew one my course have left and i just feel like my life is on auto pilot. I would just like to know what you guys suggest i do, i really dont like being this way and would like to know what my options are thanks
Moose
You have the classic signs of manic depression. Go to a doctor, chances are he or she will suggest an anti-depressant.
Sukotto
Yeah go to the doctor. If you don't feel comfortable taking drugs then tell him and he'll probably refer you to a counselor you can talk with. Talking about how your feeling is a great way to get rid of depression though a 3rd party is best rather than someone who knows you as you'd probably be a bit reluctnant.
