BradJacobs Posted July 18, 2013 Share Posted July 18, 2013 I would think either one would be beneficial provided you are pairing it with other routines. I do yoga, gym workouts and I run every week. Couldn't see myself giving up yoga in that scenario but then again I couldn't see myself giving up any of the three types of activities that I do. They all help and for different reasons. I like to have yoga sessions after doing weights because it feels good to stretch And the breathing/meditation aspect helps too. 3 Link to post Share on other sites

It's probably better than yoga. It seemed harder to me, in terms of how much muscles work. I imagined it might be something I can do when I get home after a run as you don't seem to need a lot of space. Does anyone have a recommendation on where to start? Maybe YouTube?
