kaylan
I don't have any tattoos or piercings and men have been always quite vocally appreciative of that. Well older guys in their 40s (isnt that your age group) tend to be that way in regards to "alternative" styles. Most guys I know in their 20s are different. Guess its generational.I find piercings around and in the mouth a turn off. I know people tell me they are clean but I just envisage food and bacteria in there. They also sometimes make people lisp I dont wear my lip ring much anymore, but when I do, girls find my mouth quite the kissable chocolate.
kaylan
My first impression with those kinds of girls is that she is a crazy/wild one, no relationship material. Also http://cdn-i.dmdentertainment.com/funpages/cms_content/17488/tattoos1d.png Lol @ this chart. I have a small chest tattoo and a sleeve. I can look like a rocker outside of work, or I can wear a suit and no one would ever know I had tats or piercings. Nevermind my 2 business degrees. A job with taxes will never ever be an issue for me.
HoneyBadgerDontCare
Talk about bull***** post Damn you are dumb. You have displayed this on multiple posts. What a shame. Most normal guys do not like tattoos. Sorry. In regards to your lip ring, yes, I used to have a tongue ring. Promiscuous girls LOVED it because it is suggestive of sex. Anyone that would consider a long-term relationship with someone with a lot of piercings and tattoos are crazy. It's a sign of promiscuity, which makes sense since our entire culture is now built on that. Promiscuity is popular now, which is disgusting.

SuperGeek
Are you really going to attack me for such a small error? My stupid browser spelling correction did that. You know what I said. Your post to correct my spelling is redundant. This is a FORUM not a term paper. Jeez The word is "overdo". Learn how to spell or else you are just proving the people right who think tats = low intelligence and low class.
kaylan
Don't get me started!! Oh well....too late! I'll start! I have to say, GONE are the days where women had feminine tats. Remember when women had cute little roses on their ankles, or a Snoopy dog on their shoulder blade....very obscure and feminine. NOW....since I live in a more coastal area....they look like FREAK-shows. I see an attractive woman in a bikini....and along the WHOLE side of her body/torso area she's littered with ink, long sleeve tats, and/or the disgusting angel wings. These women are trying too look like MALE prison ex-cons for whatever reason. Tone it down ladies...be a woman, keep the ink to a minimum. Lol, Im glad many women dont get tattoos that conform to some close-minded feminine ideal. People should get tattoos that mean something to them. My tattoos arent exactly "masculine", but my body most certainly is...and Ive heard no complaints from women I date. Nothing but praise usually. My chest tattoo is a heart with a lighting bolt through it, and my sleeve consists of a tree with small leaves, and rose petals falling down from it. Both are tributes to my biggest musical influences.

kaylan
Lmao @ anti-tattoo folks calling folks with tattoos conformists, all the while expecting them to conform to their conservative norms lest they be judged. And its pathetic when adults start throwing around the word conformist. Its the same crap close-minded goth and punk kids from high school used to call preps, jocks, and anyone who wasnt in a counter-subculture. Very mature (sarcasm). Damn you are dumb. You have displayed this on multiple posts. What a shame. Most normal guys do not like tattoos. Sorry. And what you have shown in your posts since youve joined this forum is that you love making blanket generalizations based on a small worldview. Thats pretty damn dumb in my estimation. Define normal? Id say in todays world of 20-somethings, tats and piercings are as normal and common as jeans or khakis. I dunno what boring scrubs you hang with, but I know dudes from ALL walks of life, and many of them either like or are indifferent to tats and piercings. So because you attracted slutty girls, it means that anyone with piercings and tats must have a slutty image? Get real dude. And define "a lot". I have 2 tats, but they arent small, and I have two non-ear piercings (eyebrow and lip), though I dont wear them much. Does location or size equate to a lot? Many tatted or pierced girls I know are similar. They dont have a large quantity of tatts or piercings...usually they stretched their ears some and have one facial piercing, and then 2 or 3 small tattoos. How in the world is that a lot? Especially when Im sure they have more high class professional jobs during the week than you? Did you miss my post about my business suit. PS - Plenty of people are slutty without tattoos and piercings, so your assertions are pretty full of sh!!te Edited June 29, 2013 by kaylan
SuperGeek
I think it's a major stretch to associate tattoos with sluttiness. My personal theory is that most people are sluts if given the opportunity. I'm included. Tats or no Tats, we're all sluts.

thefooloftheyear
right. And how frequent is that skin condition? don't use a minority to prove your point. Most 'disfiguring' skin conditions are just that - disfiguring. Also I'm assuming your friend basically had skin color inked all over the pale spots…which has nothing to do with the tattoos were are talking about in this thread... ...sigh.... No..it would look stupid to have skin colored ink because it wont change shade based on exposure so it would defeat the purpose....he got "conventional" tattoos ..And no, he would never have a single tattoo if he didnt suffer the condition. The way he saw it, it was a "lesser of two evils"..so to speak. This condition affects 1% of the population. Thats 3 million people in the US alone...Its not that rare. And if you talk to a tattoo artist, youd see that "cover up" tattoos are actually not so rare either. Go ahead and have the last word.. TFY

somedude81
I am willing to accept one or two tattoos on a girl but they have to be tasteful in design and location. Having a real meaning to them will make them more acceptable. Piercings, just a couple on the ears and nowhere else. Anywhere else is just tacky.
Maleficent
You sound butthurt because we don't like tattoos. It's okay. There are some guys out there that like them or don't mind. Well no. If you get to judge us based on our tattoos, it's only fair that I get to judge you for not having any don't you think? Oh and guys without tattoos suck in bed too. and can only do the missionary.
KungFuJoe
I pass no judgment on to people with tattoos or piercings. I think it's ridiculous and idiotic to assume that someone is a certain way because of them when piercings and ESPECIALLY tattoos are so mainstream these days. I mean, everyone has a tattoo, it seems. In terms of what I find attractive, I'm pretty "conservative". I don't like piercings on ANY part of the face except ears. Tongue piercings actually are a turn off (makes kissing awkward, imo). Navel/clit/nipple piercing...I don't really care either way...not a turn off or on. My wife is considering getting her nipples pierced (in the hopes of increasing sensitivity) and I would have no problem with her doing so. For tattoos...I guess I would say I prefer a "clean" body (my wife has no tattoos, which is actually rare in her circle of friends, sisters, etc). BUT, one girl I was with had a very simple "dagger through a heart" tattoo on the outside of her upper thigh that I thought was VERY sexy. It was placed in just the right spot where if she wore a VERY short skirt (which was often) it would just peek out enough. Plus, she had a great body with absolutely KILLER legs, so that obviously was a major factor. Personally, I have no piercings or tattoos. I had considering getting a tattoo to cover up a pretty nasty scar I have on my right achilles (surgery from a fully ruptured achilles a couple years ago) but I dunno...seems like the "wrong" reason to get one. Woggle
It can actually look good if done right. I am more into tattoos where you can tell a lot of thought went into it instead of just a bunch of random stuff. Not big into facial tattoos though.

fortyninethousand322
Like I said earlier, I like the nose piercings, they're very sexy. Like a stud or something like that. 1-3 small to medium tasteful tattoos are fine. Anything more than that are a turnoff though.
