lawlz_xD
Hey all, I posted my physique transformation here several months ago: http://www.loveshack.org/forums/mind-body-soul/physical-fitness-health-weight-management/376857-my-transformation#post4650744 I am currently a college student pursuing a degree in Clinical Nutrition with aspirations of becoming a Registered Dietitian someday in order to help others make the same changes as I did to not only their bodies but their lifetyles and spiritual mindset as well. I simply love interacting with people and really do believe that I can one day make a difference in the world but why wait until I have a degree? I have much to learn but still want to pass on whatever knowledge and lessons I've learned thus far to as many people as I can. Here's my youtube channel, I'd really appreciate any form of support whether it be watching the two videos I currently have up, any suggestions/video topic requests, etc. All of you have already been so supportive. Thanks! AFLFitness - YouTube I do plan on releasing a lot more content soon! Best regards everyone, don't stop training! Edited June 28, 2013 by lawlz_xD
tman666
First of all, cool that you're putting yourself out there and trying to do something to help make a positive difference in your own life as well as other people's. Second of all, my lumbar spine hurts just watching you guys deadlift (especially your lifting partner, yikes...). You'll both be able to lift so much more (eventually) and have a better chance of avoiding injury if you clean up your form, strengthen your glutes/hamstrings/upper backs/everything. I know you're not looking for coaching, so I apologize if I'm coming across as preachy. Still, I think you'll get much stronger and be a lifter for much longer if you rebuild from the bottom up-drop the weight a little bit, tighten up your form, and leave the ego at the door. Do you ever do RDLs?
